I Agree 100%.
Nobody else would get away with 2 DUI's.
They would be in jail.
Treat him jst as they do everybody else.
Remember voting day.

Judge not that you may not be judge. Mike just got caught while the others do the same thing in the court system. He is honest and admits his mistakes. Mike and his family need prayer. It might be you the next time. Mike just got caught while others have not in the law system.

What annoys me is that Mr. Ward appears to still have his legal license. Can you imagine the damage a drunk attorney could do to your case? Can you imagine the representation you'd get? I can. I can imagine it very well. It still sits bitterly in my mouth.

Make no mistake, Mike Ward is not honest.

Mike Ward is a piece of garbage. 17-18 yrs ago it was alcohol and cocaine. He ended up in rehab back then. He was so bad on it that he slacked in his duties as the Commonwealth Attorney to the point that the court's caseload backed up very badly. It was so bad that he ended up in Frankfort having to answer for it. It was so bad that the sitting circuit judge at that time, David Buckingham, told the committee in Frankfort that if Ward didn't start catching up he was going to start dismissing cases. Ward was looking at being removed from his office, that's why the hearing was held in Frankfort. If I recall correctly it was the Ky Attorney General's office he was answering to in Frankfort that day. What happened? Well the other Commonwealth Attorneys throughout the Jackson Purchase stepped up with each taking on part of Ward's caseload so the docket could be caught back up. But don't take my word for it....
just dig into the archives of the Murray Ledger, Paducah Sun, etc, as well as Channel 6 News, it's all right there. Pray for Ward? Oh please! Hell, buy him a case of what ever he is drinking these days and lets PRAY he overdoses on it.
You gotta be kidding

Well they got him again so now he is a three time looser. Are they gonna wait till he kills someone before they lock him up. Anyone else would already be in jail. Give me a break and lock the guy up. Then at least he can dry out.

I wouldn't bet on him going to jail. He is to well connected. Let's hope he doesn't kill some body before he admits that he has a problem and get's help.

If this isn't corruption at it's finest, I don't know what is! How can this even happen in a civiized modern society? But then again, this county is FAR from progressive.

It will be what it is!!! Not one Person on this earth will ever go through Life without making Mistakes!! It does not matter if he is a farmer, a union Worker, A Lawyer, A teacher, A Preacher, ect... It will Happen!! So why do we continue to Degrade....?? Mike Ward has paid for his wrong doing, and continues to pay every day of his Life!! We all need to do a Inventory of our own Lives and then see if we really want to continue Degrading him for his Mistakes!! Yes he did wrong, but if anyone thinks that Placing Comments on this Website will change anything, Dear God....I Pray for You!! Just please remember Hurtful things that are said on here not only Effects Mike Ward but his whole Family!!! God Grant us the Serenity to Accept the Things that we cannot change and the Courage to Change the Things we Can!!!!! May peace be with you and your Family Mr. Ward!!!!

I do not want to degard him I want to degard the system that does nothing to help him. If the court system would of done more to help Brad Goheen maybe he would still be alive. To help a person continue down the road of self destruction does not help them. The death of Brad is on the hands of our judge and prosecuting attorney for not doing there job.

Itmakes me sick that Brad Goheen was judged and crucified by the court system in Marshall Co.He was a good and caring person and unlike all other Marshall) Co. lawyers he cared about people and not how much money he could screw you put of while doing nothing for you! You could trust him and he always was willing to listen and do whatever he could to help. These other Marshall Co.lawyers will burn in hell for what they are taking from hard working people who really have to work for their money! And as far as Mike Ward is concerned he should have been treated as a criminal by the court system and given the same punishment as anyone else. But everyone knows that didnt happen and it was covered up by the system.Pray for him, my ass ,maybe he will burn in hell!
