What would this world be without a smoky bar on Saturday night? Smoking is a personal decision, and so is choosing not too. If they have a problem with the smoke in the bars, the one resteraunt that allows smoking here in town, then they can find somewhere else to go, because there are plenty of other places that you can go that doesn't allow smoking at all.
