We have to start being more proactive as citizens and open our eyes at what is happening around us.

Why do we act so shocked when we see or hear something terrible on the news, such as this, and then hear people say, "I knew something was wrong".
If you see something that looks suspicious, tell the proper agency. Don't turn a blind eye to what you see, report it.
