I myself have not ever seen a big foot. i do believe that it is out there some where. i believe it is a real native primate. however, scientificaly it is an unknown primate. people say that thay have seen it, but you would have to be able to tell if it is a fake, or real. i strongly think that if bigfoot wants to be seen,i have to say good luck. if any one has seen a big foot, they would keep it a secret, and not tell anyone. foot prints yes,real proof,maybe. not sure.from what i know they are herbavors.they eat berries exc... you tell me, is big foot real? YES,NO.

i live in escanaba, michigan,which is not that far from marquette. when my father was younger, he was in the woods when he and some friends smelt this god-aweful smell. a few minutes later, they heard trees beingg knocked down. they don't know what it was, but it had to be huge to uproot trees like that.

I have a friend that used to live in the thumb portion of michigan in the lower peninsula. I knew this area is where most of Michigan's bigfoot sightings have been. I happen to ask him if he ever saw one in a semi serious/ joking manner. He gave me a bazaar look and told me of a very credible incident when he was walking down a dark, rural dirt road at night. He came across a big silhouetted heap in the road. As he walked closer it stood up to about 7 feet and walked away. This guy isn't the type to just give a bs statement such as that.

I saw one about 5 years ago in Presque Isle County, MI- standing perfectly at the edge/front of a tree line. A night I will not ever forget, it totally took me by surprise as I slammed on the brakes of my car to try and figure out WHAT it was that I just saw. It was between 7-8' feet tall and covered in black fur/hair. The face looked exactly like that of a man. It paralleled me thru a clearing (when I was on foot coming from Lake Huron) as I heard heavy twigs snapping with what sounded like a heavy or great weight. Also, at times whole trees sounded like they were being pushed aside--I definitely felt like I was being watched--just didn't feel good about the situation. No one around for over a mile as it was a calm, full-moon lit night and I don't drink or smoke OR given over to dilusions of "flight-full fantasy". I always wondered if they possibly existed some way, I believe now. Not sure of their true origin, however.

I can't say that I've ever seen one but I wish I could .I've spent alot of time in the U.P. of Michigan on sled & orv trails .Every once in awhile you'll see something out of the corner of your eye you cant explain .goodluck in the hunt
