Thank You Gerald Malloy, you are my hero! But some questions:

1) can you also limit the number of garbage cars on the 8:something garbage train so people don't have to leave their homes 30 minutes early to sit and count 'em?(Wait, that'll take away my excuse for being 30 minutes late to work every other day).

2) Think ecology man. Where will the Lizard Man of Bishopville eat if you limit the garbage?

3) Speaking of Mega Dumps, have you seen Washington Street between 6th ave and the school? Whats with that collapsed house across from the church? Does that house qualify as a Mega Dump?
