Vickie Davidson has submitted her resignation as trustee for the troubled Louise Kling Trust, saying appointment of a new trustee "would be in the best interests of the trust." Once she has filed a formal request to be removed as trustee, because her letter dated May 13 does not constitute a formal request, Marion County Probate Judge Deborah ...

The Judge, who supposedly has nothing to do with the trust, but speaks a lot on the matter, says they will not discuss it. Too funny. How much did he and his wife collect over the years while the ship was sinking?

It must have been a coincidence that his buddy the probate judge appointed his wife after he became judge. This is like insider trading. Either they had his wife who had no experience handle that trust or it was a farce and he continued to manage it and using his wife was for show. Time to step down for him and time to indict for her.

Come on man. Did anyone read the article on Sunday in the MarionStar? Joke or what? They are refusing to asnwer questions? WHy would a "judge" refuse to answer questions on something that supposedly happened accidentally? Just because the benefactors are dumb asses and don't want to upset the apple cart doesn't mean this should be broomed. Time to assign a special prosecutor. Time for accountability. Time for disclosure. Time for Vick to stand up and be deposed. People need to start making public records requests.

The Star touched upon it but isn't really reporting or investigation. 6 on your side made a lame showing and fell off the face of the earth. Hopefully this train will pick up speed.

I would assume and hope that the Supreme Court or whatever agency investigates wrong-doing would take this seriously. Talk about a scam. he becomes Judge, knows he can't manage the trust so he has his wife appointed. And she knows nothing about managing anything. It also appears that he has been sued in Franklin County. Now, why would someone who has Judgments against him be permitted to manage a trust? You would think he'd do the right thing and step down from office. No one respects the dude.
