really. did anyone think that brizzis input and his legal opinions would be a match for those that support justice in this case? one supposes that all of those badge wearers involved in this case would value human life, its rights, honest civil servants, and judges that would take into account moral and ethical pursuants of human beings. but no. its a cop and others who like to cover up mistakes of one of thier own. its a matter of admitting that a cop can and did make a huge mistake. no matter who had a life too short because
a cop drank. he then drove. he then caused the death of someone minding his own business. this cop then maimed for life two other innocent people
who were riding along. what a terrible ride for them. i cringe everytime i see that sneer and leer look on the faces of that bizarre and that chick with him when they are leaving the courtroom oops i meant to say bisard or whatever his name is. hows about calling him the one that got away with ruining others lives. and what of the loved ones who have shed so many tears. i will forever have a different opinion of indianapolis police, those that are serving in elected offices, those that were serving, and the legal system in indianapolis.
i hope that they are all real happy with each other..

Yeah, the entire thing stinks. It seems the cops at the scene did what was intended...to get their man/child/brat/drunk/cop/narci ssist off the hook for the more serious offenses. They should be proud. They should also be fired and those demoted should've been fired,as well. Ballard who was so adamant and confident about being in control of the police department during his campaign has proven himself to be nothing more than an ineffectual and impotent buffoon. Nevermind the fact the judge overseeing this case has had disciplinary problems in the recent past.

My prediction....Bisard will receive his request for a change of venue and then request a bench trial. So his argument for an impartial jury will be moot. His entire sentence for his crimes will most likely be 2 years probation at the most.

The F.O.P. Should give themselves a round of applause as well. Nothing says FU to the victims, their families, and the public moreso than their rabid support for this extreme screw-up known as Bisard.

Ain't Indianer justice grand?

my heart breaks for the families who had to sit in that courtroom and listen to that judge say what he did.

We need to keep up the pressure to get that drunk off the police force and behind bars.

Question. If he wasn't drunk, then he DELIBRATELY plan to kill the motorcyclist, making him into a homicidal maniac cop?
