Very sad, what is this telling the drunks around here, they go get drunk , get in a da*m car and go kill innocent people and get a few months in jail. God have mercy.

Those poor children deserve better justice than that. I think people need to have a talk with that so-called judge.

Please visit the families website at

http://web.me.com/wc9l/The_Wedding/Drive.html

You will find more information on the 120 day sentence. Also on the bottom of the home page are sample letters which you might voice your concerns to the judge. With the holiday season here, lets make our roads safer by telling the judge that he needs to send a stronger message to those who drink and drive. This would be good for all of us. This would also help give closure for this family with fair justice served.

Thank you.

Who is Nancy Grace? Would she be able to help this family? If she has any useful information, she can leave an email on the family's website at:

I don't know if Nancy Grace can do anything, here is a link to check her out:

Greta or Bill O'Reilly on Fox might be able to bring attention to this case and maybe be of some help.

It was Justin Bradshaw, he was hurt, I don't know the extent of his injuries. However, he should definitely get longer than 120 days, I am not saying life, but at least a year! Definitely some drug and alcohol counseling. I know his punishment of knowing he killed two babies is probably enough ro drive him crazy.

I think he should have thought about that before he decided to get into his vehicle while he was drunk, oh wait he was drunk so he didn't give a sh*t. I believe he deserves more punishment, have you seen those pictures on their website, so sad, very sad, it's a dam* shame. What a loss people, and why because of a dumb as* who thinks drinking is fun. I never knew those children and yet I'm feel very sad and mad.

One year for killing TWO children??? Is that really justice? Wondering how many more children will he kill after his 120 days are up....

I said at least a year...I believe he should get more, maybe not life but more than what he has gotten! Knowing he killed those children drives him crazy, did not say that was punishment enough!

They should sentence him to life in prison with no chance at parole. Three strikes, you're out !

Head's need to roll on this judge's decision...

Bless this family with your prayers, and may they find some closure when they see justice served.

Hello everyone,

First of all, I would like to thank you all so much for posting on this forum. The outpour of strong support and kind words has touched our hearts more than words can say. We were so totaly devastated and knocked to our knees by the 120 days sentence for a repeat offender, and we still don't know or begin to understand why the judge ruled the way he did, or why a prosecuting attorney did not fight as hard as he should have in our opinion either. I pity the next family he is supposed to represent. It is our hope that everyone who hears or reads about this shocking sentence will spread the word across the whole country, and write to this judge. There are printable letters located on links at the bottom of the following website:

http://web.mac.com/wc9l/The_Wedding/Drive.htm ...

It is so obvious that there is something apparently wrong about this sentence, and the truth needs to get out to the public. If we can spare even one family from having to go through what we did, then we will have accomplished a great deed in honor of Ryan and Mandy, and you, the citizens of our country, will have helped.

Please keep this forum going. The 120 days are not over until February 18, 2009. Because Judge John D. Clayton retained jurisdiction over this case for the 120 days, this judge "can" and "may" order the release of Bradshaw on probation supervision anytime between now and 02-18-09. Why would a judge do that?

A report on Bradshaw will be received by the judge 30 days prior (01-18-09) which will influence his decision as to whether or not Bradshaw is released on probation, or he serves more time. If probation is not granted by the court, Bradshaw will then appear before the Parole Board for a parole eligibility hearing. The exact date and location of that hearing will be determined approximately 30 days in advance.

We have been trying to get our story published in the Rolla Daily news where the sentence was handed down, but for some reason they aren't printing it, at least not to our knoweldge. If anyone knows that it has been printed, please let us know when that was.

Please, we ask that you help by writing to this judge asking that Bradshaw serve more time for his crime. Not only did he kill two children, he hurt four other people on that fateful day. We loved Ryan and Mandy more than words can express. Our lives have been shattered, and our hearts are broken. Just this past week marked the 2nd anniversary of Ryan and Mandy's death. We acknowledged as best we could on the website under the link "candle". It is still so very hard for us. Time doesn't heal all wounds. Not yet anyway. Will it ever? We don't know. But we would like to feel that our children's suffering in their last hours while we stood helplessly by and watched only to lose their lives in the end receive justice served.

Thank you for listening.

I knew both children that were killed in that accident, and seeing to children in coffins because of a person who did not think at all before driving drunk was the saddest thing to see. i am a strong believer in harsh punishment for such a horrific act, 120 days is a vacation compared to what the families of those children have and will continue to go threw!!! I just hope there is something that someone can do to encourage that judge to give him the max

all i want to say to u is that i never killed anyone, and as far as the other comments you made, get your facts straight, since you know me so well, why dont you call me and say what you want to me, as far as being a friend of a friend, trust me the people i choose to spend my time with know the facts so you are not a friend of a friend at all, thank you for the concern though, lol
