Sounds like he was set up by a rebel child or something. Darn good doctor as far as I'm concerened. This arrest sounds really fishy to me.

He is a very good, thorough and kind doctor. I wonder if this is related to some divorce action. Sounds like a phony charge and whoever set him up should be criminally prosecuted.

It is a setup. Nothing worse than a soon to be ex~wife. So much for a successful practice and a good doctor who treated his patients with care. She will win and his career is over with. Very sad.

he was nice, but this is not a false charge. He was doing way worse than just smoking pot and it is about time that he got what he deserved. If only his patients really knew. So before defending him or saying he was set up, know the background.

This sounds like his soon to be ex wife who helped set him up. Hope she experience terrible, intractable pain and then like me find that the doctor who treated my pain has quit his practice because of this set up. There is no decision if someone else will take over his practice. Many of his devoted patients will be left to fend for themselves. Good job, law enforcement. This doctor monitored his patients carefully and was never charged with anything regarding his patients. Now we are screwed.

Women can be very evil if pushed to the edge.
How is she going to get her alimony money?

Hopefully he will disown the 'family' member that turned him in and some street justice will be administered to the low life snitch! All this over a harmless plant! His soon to be ex sounds like total vermin!

Ex wife needs to be put on witness stand and torn apart by a 'criminal defense attorney', not a personal injury attorney. If you are watching Dr. Crosley, get the best criminal attorney in the state to defend you. After you win, go after the prosecution and the ex wife with civil suits. Send her back to Russia where she belongs. She was just looking for someone to take for big money.

We were disappointed with his Problem.
We are more disappointed a doctor that
took very good care of us, would not be
able to continue. The replacement does
not compare. We are looking elsewhere
with the hope he will return.

Are our police really lacking real crimes that they have to go after this guy?

Whoa! I haven't spoken to Packy in years......I was trying to track down the Packer earlier today only to find out he was gone, DEAD. I remember him as my friend and neighbor from Tampa when we were at UT and lived on Davis Island. Those were the days my friend, while I do not know what happened, you did not deserve to die young. Long may you live in the memory of others... I will miss you my friend, as well as the shared memories we had together.

Your spot on. He was doing way worse than just smoking. I'm with you on 'if people really knew the whole truth."He got caught red handed. I worked with him, and was a patient. There was much more going on then just marjuana. Oh yes.
