This man is insane. He should be placed in an institution and castrated. He has been in prison multiple times for this same crime but the woman usually ends up in the hospital. I was one lucky girl! She got away without injury. I wish our city would have had the same quick response when he did this to the rest of us. 9 so far that I have spoken too. When is enough, enough? Does he have to kill one of us?
