The thief needed shot if the homeowner felt he was threatened. Didn't matter if he knew him or not. It's sad u could go to jail for protecting yourself from a thief! It's your home and your stuff! The law needs to do their job and keep the thieves off the street.

doesanyone know the theif? my mother-in-law lives in magoffin and was up here in indiana visting and her houe wa brokeinto and robbed!
