County sewer customers' bills could be on the rise

The typical monthly sewer fee for residential customers of the Northern Madison County Sanitation District will rise in January from $30 to $34.50, if the Madison Fiscal Court passes a rate hike ordinance on second reading.

Who's going to stop Lowell from getting a DUI? You can tell by looking at him he stays drunk.

I am being billed twice a month by Madison County Utilities now. I certainly don't need a rate increase.

Lowell did get several DUI Tickets a few years back but was ammended to lesser charges because he knew someone in the judges office and got them taken care of, which was against the law, DUI tickets are not suppose to be ammended.And he knows this is the truth.

I'm going to dig a cistern and install a turd incinerator and get off all these high water/sewer bills.
