Sounds a bit different than the thread that was deleted earlier. His last FB post is ominous though.

It takes a special kind of low class individual who can hit something that big and not stop. I'm sure the vehicle has lots of damage. Wonder if it will be like Gabrielle Parent and wait a few days for sobriety to go to the police. She btw has court on the 9th for her hit n run.

I am so sad right now. He was a very close friend, like a brother. My heart goes out to his beautiful little girls. If anyone have info on the accident please call the police. Someone hit my friend and left his daughters without a Dad, and they need to be brought to justice

It doesn't go to St Clair. It travels from Terminal down Saratoga, across Maryville Road and out to Pontoon.

That would be the other direction. Part of it does run to St.Clair.

Not according to the MCT trail system map. No where on their maps does it travel anywhere near St Clair. Are you sure you're not confused?

I've ridden that trail dozens of times and I've never seen anything about St Clair on the map, or any signs pointing in that direction. The bike trail does not run that way.

From the picture on the news story it looked like it was more towards Nameoki Road.

Not that the picture is necessarily the same location.

The trail definitely crosses st.claire, how you havent noticed that im not sure. It runs from terminal, along the ditch, and crosses st.claire to keep following along the ditch. When i got off work that morning, there was a cop sitting on st.claire with his lights on right where the trail is.

The trail begins at wabash, follows along the ditch, CROSSES st.claire, continues along the ditch to terminal. Ive walked it multiple times, so yea, its definitely there.
