Attorney General Seeks Information Regarding Add Fraud

Sacramento, CA -- The Attorney General's Office is requesting information from people that may have been defrauded by Roger D. Byl, of Madera County, or Byl's business entities and associates.

July 25, 2006, Roger called me and asked me to advertise in his newsletters. He came in to my office (in Las Vegas) and pitched the idea. I realized it was a start up but decided to go ahead. He charged me $450.00 which I paid by check. Never heard from him again.

I wanted to post the oposite. I have had dealings with Roger Byl and have had no problems. I have spoken to Mr. Byl several times regarding the accused "FRAUD" I have also been made aware of the antics of Mrs. Linda Torres also known as Linda Byl. I can recognize an x wifes scorn when I see it. I find it unfortunate that some feel that they would rather tear down as aposed to actually knowing what they are taling about. The advertising that was done for me was with the Senior community in my area and was well recieved.

Rosemary, I have a feeling that you are either Roger Byl or someone he has paid to say these things. I left him because of his FRAUD and his dirty dealings whrn all kinds of people started calling me about what he is up to. He has been hurting people for over 10 years. Have you talked to the Attorney General of California?? Have you talked to Mr. Martin of the Fresno ELKS CLUB a past D.A. and asked him what he did to them,and the Florida Elks, Nevada Elks. Talk to the people of Santa Clarita, the coalalition of people who were after him, after he skipped out on rent there with the landlord hesterical over what he did to his house. Have you talked to the people in Las Vegas Nevada that were just taken for $1400.00 one couple , one woman $400.00 and more counting. Do you think this lady Kelly was lying???? Do you think Vicky Davis of Fresno was lying??? Do you think Vicky Gudino of Fresno was lying??? Do you think all the other people are lying. Is the Better Business Bureau of Fresno lying to us. Is Allison Ask of CBS TV who has been gathering information for 3 years lying. I think she would lose her job if she was lying. She is still there in Fresno. Where as Roger is running State to State so he will not be caught up with. If he is not doing this, then why is he giving false addresses and false phone numbers out. If he did help you really?? He did it for the Attorney General of California to look good. Also what about the two cars he had repossed for not making a payment for over a year and then leaving the car with all flat tires and the other car with no battery after he said he would give them back, for non pay,ment. What about the problems that carriage trade had with him in oakhurst, California where he lives had with him. What about the newspaper articles that the Attorney General had printed out because of all the complaints about Roger. What about Bob Brown D.A. of Mariposa, california, who called the Attorney General and said if you do not do something I will for Roger Byl hurting and frauding the people who live in Mariposa,California. I really, really doubt who you say you are. Roger tries to manipulate and control and use everyone. Be careful PLEASE. And if this is Roger please turn yourself into the Attorney General so people can stop bringing lawsuits against you and you can STOP taking their HARD EARNED MONEY, PLEASE. Linda

Also Rosemary, wife scorned NO WAY I ran as fast as I could away from him. The Lord has BLESSED me beyond Blessed for following him to never help Roger in what what he did and getting away from him.I could have stayed in the marriage, he did not what me to leave No matter what he says. The Lord said GO. I did. My happiness and wealth are un measureable now. All done the right way. Roger could have done business the right way, he chose not to then and now.
Also Roger has family in Ventura. Is this is family???
Also if Roger is such a good man?? Why has he been arrested 3 times for spousal abuse??? I,am sincerely worried about those children. The Lord has always given me a heart for children.
Why am I doing this. I cannot tell you how many,many people have called me and ask me to help, so I am.
I just got off the phone with an eldery couple in Las Vegas who called me and are in deep, deep distress over being taken for $1400.00. I realy feel you should know the truth.

It is such a shame that there is scum running around like Roger Byl. He has bilked alot of people out of money. I would like to ask Rosemary from Ventura, Ca, if you ever saw any publications that Mr. Byl put out? He dropped into Las Vegas in July and August and took alot of realtors, lenders and escrow agents. I know Roger is reading this and I want him to know that we in Las Vegas know what he is up to. He also hit Reno this month. Everyone please alert all the realtors, escrow agents and lenders that you know, to be aware of his scam. I thank Linda Torres for starting this blog and making everyone aware Mr. Byls con game. Roger, all I can say is watch your back. You will get what is coming to you.

Thank you Susan for adding to this blog. Everyone needs to, to keep Roger Byls name in google. This is how people are finding out what to do to stop him. I hope the people in RENO know to contact their Attorney General and the California Attorney General who is putting together a case against him. Allison Ash of channel 47 in Fresno has been putting together everything Roger has done wrong for 3 years. I'am sure she would like everyones input too. Rogers name under google had five newspapers with articles about him, now it is down to two under his name. Please Reno, Las Vegas write articles to keep his name on the web. His wife is Tammy Byl and the Attorney General is putting a case against her too. If you google her name there are more articles. Please everyone e-mail, fax anyone you know in the realator industry in Arizona, New Mexico,Florida,etc. all states. He is using the same route as he did when he frauded the ELKS LODGES { they give more money towards scholarships for young people then the government has}. Remember to highlight ROGER BYLS name. He will change what he is doing in a second to a different business. Ask for proof of name he will change that too.It makes me heartsick to think how he has taken so many hard working people. I took Roger to court and won! We were on Judge Judy in 1997. He lies and cheats everyone out of whatever he can get. I don't think he knows how to tell the truth. Every word out of his mouth is a lie. People beware....he takes and takes. He is complete SCUM. He will lie to your face and make his business sound legit. I spoke to Allison Ash of CBS. She suggested that we contact the Attorney General. That is what I am doing now.
