The Swain Library is to small. If the County Manager supports it one will be done. If he doesnt you can forget it. No commissioners speak up but one and it is always about the north shore. If you ever attend a meeting and a question is asked, instead of the chair replying they ALL look at the County Manager. He could be feeding them a bunch of BS because none of them ask to see any documentation to support what he says. What a joke they all are. This is the worst members I have ever seen
