Wayne County weighs ethics reforms

Wayne County commissioners hammered out details on a proposed ethics ordinance Thursday considering reforms ranging from contracts to payments to nepotism.
We've been a hearing this same ole' song and dance routine. There should have been ethics to begin with without having to be reminded that people r noticing things .
