It is unfortunate the fair had to end. No doubt anyone who heard that it was at 8 Mile & Woodward were too freaked to even check it out. Wonder if they still have the U.P. State Fair?

When Jerry Hammer says that there is no government support for the MN state fair, he is not being entirely honest. The fair property is not on the tax roles, so it is subsidized by all other taxpayers.
