These appointees were already being overpaid before retirement 3 to 1 or what was in place. Facts speak fer themselves. They compared cities and showed many positions were being paid over twice what other regions of comparable size were. Plus add in all these perks or whatever called. Isn't there any watch dog groups preventing this before things r out of hand like they r now?no wonder deficit is so high not only in county but entire cities!!!!!
