Hahaha.... They cant even afford to teach kids as it is... Not every kid has a chalkboard at home...Building schools for what..Babysitiing...what about staffing? Educational materials? Paper, pencils, and books? Increase the staffing, add more classes and reduce class sizes at the current schools...Morons...For what...More buildings to maintain in flood zones? Morons..Vote no on these measures!!!
