We hope and pray Neal Brumley will have a successful and quick recovery. We need legislation to outlaw all Bicycles from all Pubilc Roadways. Riders are hard to see, most disobey rules of the road, are a nuisance to autos and a danger to themselves and motorists. Let us remove these people and avoid tragedies such as Officer Brumley.
