Alcohol corporations file suit against city of Lubbock and TABC

A Lubbock judge puts a cork in expanded alcohol sales within the city, for now. That's after two of the largest alcohol sellers in Lubbock County filed suit.

This is about typical. They know they are going to lose and they are trying every stall tactic they can. I hope Pinkies and the Cellar go bankrupt when Lubbock passes this. These two companies have been taking the people of Lubbock to the cleaners for decades. Its about time they got a taste of their own medicine (in their wallets).
