There are people who were convicted of a felony that are habitual offenders. On the same token there are people that have been convicted of a felony and are law-abiding citizens. Some of which have had their civil rights restored, which gives them the right to vote. In addition after their civil rights are restored they can petition the circuit court in there city to request that their gun rights be restored. If the court agrees that they are law abiding citizens then the court can restore their firearm rights. Just because someone has been convicted of a felony doesn’t make them Satan. It sure would be nice if people would give the law abiding felons a break. I am one them and I did vote.

If they voted and their rights have not been restored (because they have not been a law biding citizen) they should go to jail. I smell ACORN.
