I feel badly for those folks still waiting. However, in regards to their demands on the electric company, they need to accept that extraordinary weather conditons will always make those in the most rural areas seem like they are low on the priority list. When one lives in a rural area or county, just accept this as a reality of the risks of rural life.

Because, after all, we poor folks in rural areas pay less for our electricity than them city slickers!

Notice the last line in the article? "There are still about 300 homes in Louisa without power and crews are having to go ooff-road in deep snow to reach some of the problem areas."
Its not that some folks are lower priority than others, its just that some areas are easier to reach and fix.

Despite living in a rural area, we still want power. After five days I think you might too Caroline. Cupid, I'm not sure if you really live in a rural area, but Louisa is one of the poorest counties in the state, its a little harder for us to pay our electric bills.
