To the Snead Family.

God guide and console this family in this untimely tragic accident. Joey will be greatly missed by his family, close friends and collegues.

How awful when the innocent person just driving down the road is killed because of someone else. Gotta wonder if the teen was speeding, texting, or otherwise distracted and not driving safely.

Tragic news. I live on Rt. 522 and see this sort of thing happening way to often. I had a teenager do the same thing this morning, passed me on a double solid line, thank goodness on-coming traffic was far enough away. Oh I forgot I was going between 55-60 and he was on my bumper the hold time. Please drivers use some common sense.
My sons are State Troopers and they have had to go to many families and tell them a family member has died in a car accident.

My prayers are with both families. There is no way to understand the pain they both are going though. I know of the young man, because he lives near my mother. From what I understand he is a kind hearted person and willing to help anyone. There is no way of knowing what happen to him in that truck before he hit Mr. Snead, but just because of his age I will not pass judgement. He is not well at all and we must remember his family is also sitting around a hospital bed in great pain.
My heart is with both families and I pray for healing and peace.
