I briefly lived in a house on Plateau Road that was infested with snakes. Landlord and neighbor thought it was ok!

I've started thinking more about radioactivity I've been exposed to in the past with the current record nuclear disaster going on in Fukushima, Japan...:(
When I visited Lake Anna State Park, VA a couple of years ago, I thought it was really beautiful--a real vista, but I also saw some weird things...
I knew absolutely nothing about the nearby nuclear plant. But, I noticed that the park ranger there seemed kind of nervous. I noticed very little "life" around the lake--eerie quiet. I watched a family dog take a drink from the lake and then vomit soon after! Wow, I thought that was weird but maybe it had carsickness from just getting off the highway?? I saw a sign warning me not to swim, fish, drink, etc. in the lake. There was no explanation. I wondered--why?? Lake Anna looks fine and inviting!...
Well, to top it off, when dusk fell, that Lake Anna began GLOWING!!!! I SWEAR there was a phosphorescent glow all over the lake!!! I wondered if it was a special mineral deposit or special fish or something, but it was an even EERIE GLOW. I had no idea about the potential radiation factor. That is really dangerous!
Afterwards, I had an overwhelming urge for miso soup with onion, garlic, and seaweeds for 3 days straight and have since learned that such a meal is a proven antidote to radiation exposure--weird, huh? It's like a higher power was protecting me!
I had never had that soup before in my life, but it was like something angelic was guiding me...
I swear the park ranger looked very disturbed to have a small woman very much of child-bearing age in that park that day. And the Lake glowed. They need to protect the public!!
Please be careful!! I'm totally telling the 100% TRUTH about my experience here. I was at Lake Anna State Park near the swings/playgrounds and the picnic tables---right off the highway exit.
Don't take a chance--I didn't know!!

That's just untrue. The water leaving the plant is constantly tested, and there is no radiation. Fishing is actually improved due to the warmer water, and it can be safely eaten. Now, the water snakes are another issue...:) And don't forget brain eating amoeba!
