What place doesn't have gang activity these days? What it is, is these high school punks who watch all these music videos and want to go out here and act hard. They are harmless. A little graffiti with gang signs? Really? This has been going on for how many years.

Sorry-these are not high school punks-they are organized home grown terrorists! Drugs, money laundrying, etc.. is just the tip of the iceberg.
"I Wonder" you must have your head in the ground-this is serious stuff.

It is amazing when I do the research on statistics that small counties keep thier numbers silenced. A number is given between 1-10, where Louisa is rated as a 5 compared to the entire U.S. at a 3-amazing huh?

It is also amazing how little most residence know about their own hometown, because others want to keep it "low key".

This isn't happening just here in this small town but other smalls towns across the U.S.. the big ? is what are us residents of Louisa going to do to help keep it from happening? or Are we going to be like I Wonder and sugarcoat everything? WOW, ever heard that phrase "Don't judge a book by it's cover"? Well, it seems as you travel through Louisa, you may not see much just country, but there's more here than meets the eye!

I don't have my head in the ground and not trying to sugar coat anything. I haven't seen anything that is gang related in Louisa Co. except for the kids that try to be "hip". I'm no expert in gang activity. So excuse me for not opening my eyes and seeing whats not obvious. I'm not from here, but whenever I do go out of my home, I don't see anything or have witnessed anything but the teens being teens. There is some graffiti, but what place doesn't have it. If Louisa is so big on these violent gangs, why is it so quiet????? Nothing about gangs came out until this guy was arrested for beating the 87 yr old. Because he is black, they want to all of a sudden say it gang related? If all of this gang stuff has been going on, why is it just coming out now? What about the 2 brothers which are white decided to go home, get a gun and return to a campsite in Louisa and shoot someone in front of his family and children. Why hasn't that been looked into as possible gang activity? Please tell me so I can be aware and obviouly be careful. Thank you
