What?!?! He's innocent! Great job to Louisa County for catching this less than worthless piece of turd. I hope he gets hammered in court and then hammered in jail for doing what he did to that elderly woman. He not only hurt her physically, but emtionally she'll never be independent again. I am certain there's a special place for this type of person in the afterlife. I wish this lady's family could take a turn at him like he did on that poor woman, every day he's incarerated which better be for a long time.

A message for the police: Just let the guy out and let the lady's son take care of his sorry ass. It'll save the taxpayers a load of money....

So this is what an evil coward looks like? Good to have a picture of evil. Most of the time evil just looks like any other decent human being in the light of day. An evil coward has to wait until late at night to beat an elderly woman almost to death. To scared to go up against a fragile elderly woman while she is awake.

I think I went to school with Linda Houchens. I hope she is proud of her "Offspring" that blinded somebody's Grandma. Shameful.

Once again, another idiot making an assumption when they don't have all the information. If it was her children, as a mother, can you control what you're adult children do? We can raise them, but we can't live their lives for them. These people are in no way related to me, but i get so tired of the people who assume to know everything. For all you know, mom is probably just as disappointed. Don't throw stones, because i'm sure you don't live in a glass house.

Are they proud of beating up an old woman? Punishment should be a blinding in one eye. Maybe the arabs have the right ideas, cometimes!

Let me get this straight. Two firearms were stolen from the home but the motive is unclear? Hmm, dear public, let your imaginations wander with this one.

Homey is just a poor victim of "Da Man's" cruel justice system.

Free Homey now!

Anybody want to bet that this guy is going to hire his own lawyer and NOT use a public defender that the REST of us will pay for with our tax dollars?????

There's a rumor that all three had SEIU cards and ACORN ID in their pockets when arrested.

I agree race has nothing to do with this. Those two white boys who shot that college girl in her home in C-ville should never have been allowed to take a life sentence as opposed to a death penalty trial. The scum that shot all the folks at VT was Asian. all the races have good, bad and in between.

I am glad these scum bags were apprehended in such a short time. I liked the statement made by law enforcement that they were ready to arrest anyone who got in their way.(Don't remember the name). Takes a big man, heartless scum bag, to beat an elderly 87 year old woman and the fact that she has lost her sight in one eye is even more appalling. The 2 idiots, if they had any sense, should have been reporting him instead of trying to protect him. I hope that justice is served and the perp is never allowed to see the light of day. And the family is put away for a long time. As for the color of their skin, I do not like to see this be an issue. I feel sure that many law abiding black citizens in the community feel the same disgust and do not condone and are not responsible for their race's crimes.

I agree with your comment that race has nothing to do with this. I find the rumor re: the SEIU cards and ACORN ID on them when arrested interesting. Although, you did say it was a rumor, rumors travel fast and if you hear an update, please post.

I would be interested in knowing this "person's" background. You just don't start out this way. Juvenile records would probably show that the justice system is not working. I have seen too many people with no "adult record" have a shockingly long juvenile record for any number of crimes. Best thoughts for the woman who was attacked (and her family).

A crime is a crime no matter who commits it. I am praying for the elderly woman. It is racist to say should have known he was blacks.Crime has no color. Focus on the crime not the color. You are a idiot!!!!!!
