Va. high court considers ex-King confidant's case
RICHMOND, Va. - A lawyer has asked the Virginia Supreme Court to throw out the incest conviction of a former top adviser to Martin Luther King Jr.

His own daughter testified against him. He was convicted and sent to prison.
No reason to throw out the conviction now just because the criminal died!
That would be like telling the victim he raped it never happened!
