What kind of celebration?
Did Blazer show up?
How many bodyguards did he have?

Does anyone know if Rarity Bay is having their annual neighborhood sale this year? If so, do you have any details?
Thanks!

Did you see Winston in the POA parade? I noticed he was riding in a convertable and scrunched down low in the back seat in case someone threw a melting ice cream sandwich his way.

More likely he is ashamed to face TV residents. POA's big meeting to get imput of how to sell their almost 200 abandoned lots is proof that all this bullcrap about how successful TV is, is a big lie. POA hasn't listened to those of us who have been warning that the higher dues go the less TV real estate is worth, and now they are having to face up to the fact that POA is acquiring a back log of abandoned lots that even the county won't take off their hands. Here is a fact of life. When the cost of owning property in Tellico Village (that's dues, fees, permits, taxes, etc) reaches what it would cost to rent comparable accomodations in another area, People will not even consider looking at Tellico Village property. What part of the "Law of Diminishing Returns" do they not teach at UT? We have reached it here in Tellico Village. Raise dues, fees and taxes some more and the number of lots POA gets stuck with will go up, and the amount of income from those sources will go down. Blazer is probably ashamed to show his face because his ineptitude as a manager is now obvious.

I really don't understand your comment, are you trying say that Tellico Village is a crime ridden community? The CAP index reports show that in fact it is the safest place to live in the county and region. 94.2% of the crimes committed in Tellico Village are by people outside the village. Are you trying to say Tellico Village is a bad place to live? Tellico Village is the goose that laid the golden egg to loudon county. 15% of the population pays 90% of the taxes while receiving 3% of the county services. Next time you think about typing a moronic response put down your joint, jack up on mountain dew, turn off the TV, close the blinds on your mobile home and concentrate really hard to type a lucid remark you complete phuking moron.

I just love The Village. All the clubs and events we have make it a joy to live here. The south is a beautiful place to retire to. Yhe only thing I don't enjoy are the winters. Don't get me wrong, I love snow, and a good fire on a cold day. It's the way you people act when it snows that really bothers me. The roads are not safe if it snows 1/8 of an inch around here, because the bumpkins feel the need to gas up their monster trucks and go out and slam into houses, stores, banks, and each other. Back in Ole Vermont it would snow three feet, and instead of driving around like The Duke Boys on Ice, we would make hot cider and calmly sit on the porch and talk and visit with friends. Oh we still went about our lives, schools did not let out, and businesses didn't close, we ran errands and shopped and drove. We just didn't tether innertubes or fishing boats behind our vehicles, shoot meth, drink beer, and drive around aimlessly while listening to Leonard Skinhead for days on end.

Sounds like you ate a little too much of that sap on your Johnny cake back in Vermont. You want us to believe you can drive on ice? Oh yeah, you can walk on water too if its frozen. You Vermonters are really special that way! You probably invented snow shoes and Raindeer. Us Country folk are really impressed.

just a bunch of old pill head drunks. Look here you have had yankees killing yankees, yankees growing pot and yankee drunk drivers. Hell at least half can't read a stop sign or just run it at the dam. If you are the golden egg then I flush one every morning when I take a dump. So, get back in the house, take another pill and have one more gin before breakfast. Village Idots

Beg to differ. In fact, Vermont rates as one of the highest in terms of illegal drug use and alcoholism. http://www.samhsa.gov/samhsanewsletter/Volume... We may tie an innertube to a bumper on a snow day, but you won't catch us out looking to rope a moose high on green beer. Venture to the northern reaches of Vermont and you'll see squalor. You may think planting flowers in a wheel well is primative, but at least we're not living in a broken down barns and school buses sharing an open pit privy with a holstein cow.

Sounds like everyone gets along so well... life is too short for this close-minded nonsense. And to think I was going to check out this community!

Oh, one other thing, some of you need to pull out your ELEMENTARY school grammar books, please, so your posts are somewhat intelligible.
