AEG Live, Anschutz Entertainment Group Inc., and its president and chief executive officer, Timothy Leiweke; AEG Live president and chief executive officer Brandon "Randy" Phillips; and AEG Live co-CEO Paul Gongaware should all be liable for Michael Jackson's death.

I'm so glad things are progressing along. Those who killed the king of pop should be brought to justice.

The pedophile, Michael Joseph Jackson killed himself with many, many years of self inflicted drug abuse. AEG was clueless and was only concerned with staging Michael Joseph Jackson's comeback performances in which Michael agreed to tackle. The wrongful death suit is a joke. It shall be laughed out of court since it was obvious that Michael Joseph Jackson was a hopeless drug addict awaiting death.

Gongaware’s email read:

“We want to remind [Murray] that it is AEG, not MJ, who is paying his salary. We want to remind him what is expected of him.”

Jackson lawyers are arguing that the email is evidence of AEG’s involvement in the singer’s sudden death.

A correspondence sent by AEG Live tour accountant Timm Woolley to an insurance broker two days before Jackson’s death read,

“Randy Phillips and Dr. Murray are responsible for MJ rehearsal and attendance schedule.”

AEG is going down!
