Too bad the suspect wasn't put in the back of a coroner van. Would have saved us tax payers the cost of housing the creep in jail

This is nuts, how is a citizen to know if this is the police bashing in the door on a "No Knock" warrent ( http://www.explorehoward.com/news/15341/home-... ) or a criminal screaming "Police" ?

Well, my natural rights and responsibility demand I protect my family, and at 2:45 in the morning I am certain I will be unable to rapidly determine if someone coming in my home is a freind or a foe.

To any person who intends to enter my home uninvited, I am a law abiding citizen and anyone coming through my door uninvited will be met with lethal force until I am unable to respond.

Keep this in mind all you judges out there as you sign these no knock warrants, for i have no time to make a choice and this horrible news confirms this.

My condolences go out to the "Franco Family" during this time of sorrow and tragedy...
May "Emilio Franco" rest in peace. During his time here with us, he produced and participated in many Spanish made movies. He also owned some fine breed race horses, a night club in Riverside and a rodeo style gig aka "Rancho El Farallon" in El Monte.

There was no stand off!! Get your facts straight!! The cops arrived to a dead body in the house, believed to be the homeowner, and an injured male due to a shot wound, believed to be the suspect... Get another job if you can't perform your research correctly!! or simply google!! You make me sick!

May you rest in peace Emilio. This Man was a very good person. Those who knew him know that well. He helped the city where he was born providing them with an ambulance to transport people to the larger city in case of emergency. Not too many people remember where they come from once they gain money and Fame. He was a very humble person.

Our Condololences to Emilio's Family.

He was also an apparent drug dealer. I doubt it was a random home invasion.

If you don’t know the family you shouldn't comment nor assume they were Narcos nor drug dealer.. Don’t you have a mother that thought you if you don’t have anything good to say just stay quiet???? My prayers go out to the family... Man, friend I hope that your dad is in a better place and that you and your family have the strength to over come this tragedy.
