Who Does the "Coastal Courier" Serve, the Public or...?

I went to the "Coastal Courier's" blog site only to find that the blog about former Long County Sheriff's Deputy Robert Parker had been taken down. This isn't the first time the Courier has seemingly bowed to pressure and removed a blog. Just who do they serve, anyway--the good ole boys or the community at large? Just askin'.
