Sure hope they retry the jerk. Prisons were made for this type of scum. Minor property crimes and/or drug possession?, meh... Give em community service or addiction treatment. Home invasion with a gun? Bury the scum under the prison.

First off this is my cousin you are talking about, and second off he is innocent until proven guilty. Dont talk shit when you know nothing about the situatution. He has a problem yes but he would never break into someones home and intentionally hurt them even if he were after drugs. So mind your p's and q's when you know nothing about it.

Too bad your cousin attmitted to the crime/s above and too bad he has a reputation of manipulating and abusing people. It's all too bad for him to be in the shit he's in! He buried his own grave and I hope he lies in it! He had drugs under the roof of a developmentally disabled child and his mother. Luckily the child wasn't there when the house was raided. This child looked up to him... For what???? A role model? It's kind of funny that the weapon used for the robbery was the weapon in said house. Huh? I wish ur cousin the best of luck but he needs a hell of a lot more than that! He needs drug, mental and instituational help as well. Maybe it will be the best for him. I'm just not a fan of his as he is right now.
