It's the 3rd and the family can't get a answer from the sheriff as to the where abouts of the body. Or the answers as how this could happen. The
young man that was killed had no record and had never been in any trouble. If any one can help this
family please contac me at [email protected] The family lives in North Idaho.

What the hell, thats not very discriptive, somone needs to do somthing about this, there are procedures when dealing with somone in that situation, you attempt to wound the target then apprehend them, expecially when that person as mike said has no record. none at all, i think he had a Minor in consumption that was it when he was 20. I hate our governing system, definatley no longer a true republic. I personally know a police officer that was not only sleeping with a guys wife, he made plans with her to arrest him and was on the phone with her while he was doing it, do you know what happened to him? He got 2 weeks paid vacation from our taxes, he went snowcatting and 4wheeling while on "paid suspension" . Police get away with anything they want, they just want to shoot people they have no souls.

There is for sure something going on if this is all they have released. They didn't have to do what they did. He was a harmless person! I will miss him forever!

Before you go bashing the police. I do believe this case belongs to DPS. If you have questions you need to contact DPS not Live Oak County Sheriff's office. They were not responsible for the report; DPS would be.

He was suicidal for whatever reasons. From what I understand, the vehicle he was in was reported stolen.

Many times people do not have records when something goes wrong in their lives. There are consequences to every action you make. Evidently all his actions caught up to him.

Mistakes? ok lets get this straight; Several police pursuing a 22 year old man, in armored cars, with bullet proof glass fired lethal rounds and killed him. There are things they could have done to save him from this, such as a wound shot, not a kill shot. In most cases a bullet wound causes enough shock to distract somone long enough to apprehend them. Why didn't they at least try to save him? No, all i'm hearing is adrenalene pumped texas cops too trigger happy for their own good after a crazy high speed chase that blew my best friend away with no regaurds to his life. even if he didn't care about it at the time, ALOT , and i mean ALOT of people did, thousands, Zack was an amazing person, He could make anyone laugh and cheer up with no effort, he was caring, and a very sensative person. He had great respect for other peoples things, feelings, and lives, and I just can't even fathom how all this came to be. It makes no sense at all.

LMAO! Armored cars? Bullet proof glass? How many rounds were shot? That is in Mexico dumb ass, not in Texas.

There is noone to blame but your friend for what happened. He would not be in the position he is in now had he not run from the cops. Why was he running in the first place?
Good people do not get messed up with the law. Maybe you did not know this side of him.

Laugh all you want, your horrible, laughing at my friends death. you should also get off this topic, its none of your concern. and secondly, there is no information released as to what happened, thats the part that drives me nuts. Where are the facts? please somone release this i just need to know. and there is alot you dont know, all i can say is this, He didn't commit any crime, he ran from the cops becuase im assuming they were trying to help him, yes this was his fault, but please stop ridculing him, Its not helping friends and family, if this were your friend you would feel the same, so stop posting here unless you have somthing nice or good to say about him. This isnt a blog where perverts can get thier jollies off making fun of people who died, go away.

Have you called DPS and asked them about it? If you are not a direct family member then they will not release any information to you.

Oh and last I heard if you run from the cops then that is a crime. Why would he feel he needed to run from them? If he did not do anything wrong then he would have pulled over like everyone else does.

You criticize me for saying he brought this all upon himself? Take a look at you criticizing the police and saying ugly stories about them to justify why you don't like them. You know what, I don't like punks that run from the law. Sorry your friend is dead but do you realize that he could have killed innocent people while he was going through his meltdown? What if he hit another vehicle and killed a child? I guess that doesn't matter to you because "he's your friend".

I'm zachery's aunt and I would really appreciate it if people that do not know zack would keep their hurtful feelings to themselves. If someone in their family was involved they would not want mean people out there making them feel even worse.

Learn how to do a search for information.

Evidently he shot himself which makes sense since he was considered suicidal. 110mph speeds is ridiculous. I know he was someone's loved one but the world doesn't stop for him or anyone else. He could have killed innocent people with his actions. The officers did what they could to make him stop but he pulled a gun out and threatened them. They were even thoughtful enough not to kill him by just injuring him. He shot himself. Sounds like you need to get your facts straight Chris. As for the illegal immigration crap on the story..it has nothing to do with yoru buddy they were just making a statement about how busy their night was. Get over yourself. I am tired of people making excuses and blaming others around them for why things go wrong. Take responsibility for your actions and you won't end up in a bad situation as the deceased had.

Sorry for you loss but do you not realize that he put innocent people lives at stake not to mention the officers that were involved in the pursuit? Would you be singing the same tune had he killed an innocent driver, child, or even one of the cops? Had he killed one of my loved ones with his irrational driving I would be saying a lot worse about him on here than I am.

whatever oyes, you and common sense need to get off this post, again, you dont know him, or anoyone involved and its not your buisness, we were posting here trying to find more information, but never being in texas or knowing a thing about it makes it hard to do, since there are so many towns and cities all clustered together, along with frustration from his loss, it gets confusing, I was wrong to accuse the cops of being illegitamate, I am sorry, I was just confused and upset and don't know what to make of all this. All I do know is that Zack was the most wonderful person I have ever known, and He will be missed dearly, he did bring this upon himself, but untill yesterday none of that information was released, so please stop ricdiculing him and get over your self, we dont care what you have to say, all you are doing is upsetting people, and to me it looks like you enjoy making people feel bad, or you would have left well enough alone.

This a very difficult and sensitive time for everyone involved. It is clear that Zack did not make the best choices that night but that does not change who he was and what he meant to everyone. It is unfortunate that he did not realize that he was deeply loved and cared for by practically everyone that knew him. I know my life and I am sure everyone else's that knew him will NEVER be the same again. What saddens me more is that people that have nothing to do with this and didn't even know him are commenting on what happened. I feel that it is really poor taste to be doing so. So I plead with "oyes", "common sense" and all others to please move on and keep your opinions to yourselves. It is true that he could have harmed or killed somebody with his actions but he fortunately did not. I think you are getting caught up in your opinions of what happened and forgetting that he was a REAL person with family and friends who loved him. So again I ask please move along and do not stick your nose where it does not belong.

I do not see any comments that are ridiculing him or being tasteless. I see a lot of facts being stated. That is life. I think some of you do not want to know the truth because of your realtionship to the man.
