I am confused as to why these people who go to the US to have "Anchor Babies" think that they are authorized to stay, even though they knowingly broke the law when they entered. A good parent wants the best for their children. To live like a criminal in the shadows is not doing the child any good. What they are betting on is that the American public will be sympathetic because they have small children and will let the family stay in the US. Shame on the mother.

The child has all ready bonded with the foster parents. It will cause the child undo stress and phycoligal truma to move him at this time. Where is DHS'S head at, surly not with the childs best interests.
