What happened: Voters yesterday turned down a third attempt by the Career and Technology Education Centers of Licking County to pass a 1-mill additional property tax to help save vocational-school and adult-education programs.

WHY do you people keep putting these things on the ballots when the people have said NO so many times--start listening to your constituents..

Want to save the schools--get rid of the unions!
