The reality could be very different and the 48 Y/O could just be a lazy dispatcher (like a lot of public service employee).

I worked for Don C. In a past life and can tell you it is NEVER personal. He wants the best person for the job...

Keep up the fight Don and Johnson. Don't feed into this lazy person that feels entitled
