Carolyn Brown is being unjustly persecuted. She did wrong and has paid for it. Let her come home to her family where she belongs. There have been many people who have committed crimes far worse then hers and have not served a day in jail. Some of which have occupied the same position. Free Carolyn Brown and do the right thing.

THe Georgia Supreme Court does not feel that her "persecution" was unjust. She was given numerous opportunities to give the money back and CHOSE not to. Her greed and lack of respect of the law divided an entire community. I hope she thinks about that EVERY DAY she sits in prison (where she belongs).

what was the former tax commisioner's salary? If her salary was the same then why the the good ole state of georgia find it necessary to change law and require her to take a lesser salary after she took over the position? it's a sin and a shame to have that lady in jail and God doesn't like it.
