Arrest warrants issued in Ronda Reynolds' slaying

The Lewis County Coroner issued arrest warrants Tuesday for the husband and stepson of a former state trooper whose cause of death was contested since she was found dead 13 years ago.

There needs to be justice, whatever that justice is. Ronda deserved better than she received from the initial investigation. There was no reason is was compromised, evidence destroyed, returned, lost and missing. There needs to be accountability. If Prosecutor Meyer feels he cannot file charges and take Ron and Jon Reynolds to trial then the FBI needs to come in to the case, investigate the original Coroner, the original Sheriff, the current Sheriff, the clerk of the evidence at the time of the death of Ronda Reynold and lastly the office of the prosecutor. None of us would want our loved one to be overlooked when two juries have decided unanimously that it was NOT a suicide. The handling of the case from day one was wrong. There are so many clues that point toward a cover-up. If there wasn't a cover-up then the investigation needs to prove that. RIP, Ronda. We will all push for justice. Your life was worth something.

I think the community should put pressure on all elected officials.

Nothing is more disgusting than seeing so-called "community leaders" line up behind their good ol' boys to keep them from paying for their crime.
