The $500 bail was way TOO LOW.
Obviously, this guy is just not getting it.
"Mr. Mushtare earlier this month was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment stemming from a Nov. 2 domestic dispute with Kelli Lehman."
When people are not able to comprehend how to behave I believe other people should help them understand. For instance, a judge could help this guy understand how unacceptable his behavior is by implementing a higher bail.
(I wonder if this is the bad judge I have been reading about?)
It appears this guys problem with women is getting worse and not better. This bad behavior looks like it is escalating! Women should watch out for this guy!! If the judge can't keep him off the streets at least all of you could do your best to avoid him. He is unstable.
Maybe a friend should tell him to keep his hands off of women until he can control his emotions a little better.
Where is Mr. Mushtare's pride?
HA ha

"A 38 year old Lowville man is facing a charge of criminal contempt 2nd degree. Lewis County Sheriff's Deputies report that Todd Mushtare was charged after he allegedly approached a woman at the Lowville Wal-Mart & started to have a verbal conversation with her. The female reportedly had a stay away order of protection against him having any contact with her. Mushtare was remanded to the Lewis County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond."
