"Crawford W. Madden, 39, of Garrison, Ky., pleaded guilty to two counts of attempt to commit grand theft and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Madden was placed on community control sanctions for four years, ordered to successfully complete a six-month program at the STAR Community Justice Center and pay $221 in restitution."
