Graham prepares to depart commissioners

Thirty years ago, Lenoir County had no comprehensive 911 service, separate county and city school systems - and in November 1982, voters elected the first black man to the county's Board of Commissioners.

That kind of behavior is expected by his people. It is just a part of the culture. No matter what they do they still have the support of their ignorant followers. It is a great day that he finally leaves the council. The seat he won is irrelavant and nothing more than a slum anyway. He will be caught up in scandal within months. He will not be able to handle it. Should be fun to watch.
