Funny, rose does not own a house in Mitchelltown yet she is the president of the preservation society? The church has brought drug users to the neighborhood. The church blast there music and then the lady pastor screams at the top of her lungs over the amplified sound system for hours at a time. The whole mess can be heard in your house.
