D.A. not to seek death penalty in family murder trial

A convicted felon with a violent criminal past will not face the death penalty if he's found guilty on charges he shot and killed his grandfather six years ago in a murder he allegedly arranged outside a Kinston church.

That dam moron needs to get the death penalty & not let it be by lethal injection. But make his ass suffer while he's dying so he can think about what he did.
