DA responds to allegations posed by opponent in race

Lehigh County's top prosecutor is facing his first challenger in 12 years, and District Attorney Jim Martin's opponent is making some serious allegations against him.A Democrat Ed Koren's television ad pulls no punches against Martin, claiming the D.A. dropped the ball on two high-profile cases.

Mr. Koren is not even mentioning the many many unsolved homosides, and than of corse there are always the ones that go uninvestigated because of qwik payoffs. The public should not have to worry because these types are of lower class and considered mongrels in some circles up in that county seat.

nice spelling idiot silly rabbit. It's not the DA's job to solve homicides. It's the job of the police to investigate, come up with a suspect and arrest said suspect. It is then the job of the DA to charge and prosecute.
The DA is doing a fine job with a 97% conviction rate. 97% is among the best in the nation.
