corrupt police departments

The police departments of Howe, Panama, and Shady Point are all in a state of corruption and desparate state of financial trouble which has led to them making illegal traffic stops and issuing false citations. They know what they are doing is wrong but are getting away with it because nobody will take the time to challenge them in court. Many complaints have been filed against these departments with the Attorney General's office who is doing an ongoing investigation. People should be made aware of this and if they are issued a citation, they need to go to court and contest it.
The population of these towns are not big enough to bring in the kind of revenue they are getting thru traffic citations. People need to beware of their corrupt and unlawful practices.
