I just saw on the news that a dog drowned in the pool there yesterday.
Unbelievable! This place looked so cute from the outside with all of the palm trees and sprinklers.
I was going to take my 2 Havanese there when we vacation, but not anymore. No way.
I hope every person who was assigned to the outside pool area yesterday is FIRED!
How can they have 2 staff members for 30 dogs outside? They must be raking in tons of money with their boarding fees, but apparently don't want to hire the appropriate amount of staff to ensure safety.
They said 'it was just an accident.', but this type of accident is inexcusable and COULD have been avoided very easily.
My sincerest sympathy goes out to Cali's family. I'm sorry for the tragic loss of your beautiful dog.
