Man sues Sheriff's Office; claims he was falsely arrested and endured gay taunts

A Fort Myers man is suing the Lee County Sheriff's Office alleging he was wrongfully arrested on New Year's Day and thrown in jail, where guards taunted him about being gay by singing a show tune from the Wizard of Oz.

Everyone who is arrested feels that it was wrongfull.Jails are full of innocent people,just ask the inmates.
