Laws are great as long as the motorists abide by them. Why don't cyclists abide by them also? I am all for sharing the road, but the cyclists should participate in their own program and also share the road and follow ALL traffic laws also.
You mean like all the people I see not obeying stop signs or red lights? Or any other traffic law for that matter? Frankly, I'd never ride a bike on the public road for fear of one of these morons hitting me because they are in such a hurry to get to the next red light that they will run while yammering on the phone.

Let's hire some free private market Republican mercenaries to patrol the streets and pay them using our socialist money.

Can we dress in black and carry baseball bats and intimidate people the way liberal commies did in Philly?

You have members of the Lebanon County Republican Committes afraid to come to party meetings because the Tea Party and 912 groups will slash their car tires.

I wouldn't worry about Philly.

Committee member Kathy Snavely said meetings have become so angry she was worried someone would slash her tires. And Joe McDonald, who chaired the committee from 2000 to 2008, called the situation "a total embarrassment."
