I don't care if Cayle or Coyle is licensed to practise law in PA or not. She makes a lot of sense. There is way too much public business conducted behind closed doors in this county, state and country. Transparency and open records is a joke called "catch me if you can".

Where was Ann Cayle in the beginning? I did not see her at the first three meeting's. Only when the boro of Mt. Gretna is asked to pay back money that was not their's in the first place, does she get on her soap box. If she want's to get in their faces, fine, more power to her, but I sure could have used some help to go up against their high priced Attorney's from Harrisburg and Lancaster. One of the biggest financial scandals in Lebanon County history and no one cares. What about their Attorney, the only one they had for 40 years. When the sh#t hit the fan ,he retired and went on down the road with all kind of question marks following him.

Now you know when these new people said the Bureau should be transparent, they didn't mean themselves. They only meant the bad crap done by Foltz. THey don't want the rest of us to know they are incompetent boobs, yes incompetent boobs. In how many years they have absolutely no answers as to how they came up with their figures nor do they care to show us how they came up with their figures, and furthermore, we the taxpaying public have not been allowed to hear what exactly happened in that place. We hear from a band of idiots who are trying to sell us something with absolutely no proof (NONE) while all the time pointing fingers at other people. I WANT ANSWERS DAMN IT!

Yes, what about the attorney they had for 40 years? Also, what about the board members that were on duty while all of this money was being re-routed and stolen. Why did they get to walk away without question? Why are other people being held accountable for what I see as ineptness of a board and an attorney. I guess maybe it's because the board and the attorney are people with too much power and money to go after? This sounds like typical Lebanon County government. When will it change? When will this dirty government start getting clean and put some of these rich a-holes in the prisons right next to their not so affluent counterparts. Rich or not, crime is crime. I do not believe Foltz acted on his own. There had to be people who knew what he was doing, and who better than the very people who should be watching how he was running that office. If you're part of the problem, you certainly don't want that to be found out.

grow some 'nads and put your complete name on this blog.
You know nothing of what you talk about and yet you still think that you are successfully hiding your ignorant pettiness by remaining anonymous.
Meet me in the alley, and I will show you what its like to behave like a man and a responsible citizen. If someone wants transparency in our government, I respect and will defend that.

I don't even care what your obvious petty beef is with this woman. But its quite obvious that you feel threatened by her. Has your daddy been bilking his customers with fake food and his constituents with fake borough expenses? Have you run out of ideas on how to try to silence her criticisms of your daddy's bad behavior and now resort to this kind of pettiness? Don't you think that even your daddy's constituents don't want to pay a EIT burden that isn't theirs to pay?

You go, guy, keep right on showing us all your genetic heritage for making an arse of yourself. Because, in July of 2004, Chuck Allwein went on the record as saying "EIT revenue is decreasing because our number of full time residents is decreasing." Yet, the truth is that, during that time, the borough really was getting more and more EIT year after year. And, he was fully aware of that truth. So why lie to us?
So, yeah, did Daddy Allwein know that the Borough should never have received INCREASED EIT revenues year after year? He sure did. But did he keep taking that increase anyway? He sure did. And, now, when he and his pal of forty years, who also happens to be the solicitor, want to secretly arrange to make US pay that back, you, mr. doubtful, try to divert the attention away from the true bad actors with your petty comments.
Again, grow some 'nads and start acting like a mature man--an independent thinker.
